“‘For Eindhoven’-The City as Muse”群展近日在范納貝美術(shù)館（Van Abbemuseum）開(kāi)幕，參展藝術(shù)家包括唐納德-賈德（Donald Judd）、熱拉爾-伯恩（Gerard Byrne）、杰森-羅德斯（Jason Rhoades）、理查德-郎（Richard Long）、羅德尼-格雷厄姆（Rodney Graham）以及菲爾-柯林斯（Phil Collins）等。這場(chǎng)展覽展出的作品都是由范納貝美術(shù)館發(fā)起或是委托創(chuàng)作的作品，它們清楚地表明了埃因霍溫這座城市在鼓勵(lì)藝術(shù)家創(chuàng)作獨(dú)特的藝術(shù)品方面所作的努力。
這場(chǎng)展覽的名字以羅德尼-格雷厄姆的作品“Supplemented Standard Edition with Prussian Blue Shelf（for Eindhoven）”為基礎(chǔ)，這件作品是格雷厄姆特別為范納貝美術(shù)館創(chuàng)作的，它的名字強(qiáng)調(diào)了該美術(shù)館與埃因霍溫之間無(wú)法解開(kāi)的聯(lián)系；此外，這件作品還是對(duì)唐納德-賈德的作品“Untitled（Progression）”（1969）的一次回應(yīng)。展覽以該美術(shù)館的藏品為起點(diǎn)，展出作品向人們展示了這座城市與美術(shù)館本身的一些重要時(shí)刻及其在藝術(shù)史上的某些經(jīng)歷等，其中一部分作品還以新的形式進(jìn)行了再創(chuàng)作。
