Eric Rohmer (1920-2010) was one of the founders of the French New Wave which inaugurated moderncinema. Rohmer's films concentrate on intelligent, articulate protagonists who arrived at moral decisions in their lives, usually through romance, often with a warm humor. UCCA will present some of his best- known titles and a special Q&A session with Rohmer’s editor Mary Stephen.
