“冬眠”或許是展覽史上第一次在商業(yè)畫廊的公共空間向觀眾展示一件繪畫作品的創(chuàng)作過程，正如賈藹力所說：阻礙人們接近藝術(shù)的也許正是作品本身。
你看到的，將是一張作品《世紀(jì)兒》的誕生過程。
荒原上放縱的青春承載著世紀(jì)始末的激情和消沉。被忘記的傷痛，被失卻的理想，被質(zhì)疑的道德，在對(duì)繪畫近乎偏執(zhí)的堅(jiān)持下走向荒原深處。
未完成的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，記錄著每個(gè)夜晚的躑躅前行，從冬天到春天……
So it begins.. Nov 14th, 2008.
“The Hibernation”, possibly the very first exhibition of its kind in history, where what's displayed in the gallery space is the creative process itself.
As the artist says: "What usually blocks people from art is perhaps the artwork itself."
You'll get to see the gradual birth of that artwork which he names "We Are from the Century".
On that barren land lies youth in its full indulgence, carrying the beginning and the end of the centuries' passion and dejection, while all pain is forgotten, hope lost, and morals questioned, with nothing but that almost paranoid pursuit towards drawing…all the way to the very deep of desolation.
Unfinished scenes, night after night, record that crawling…from this winter to Spring.
