廣東美術(shù)館原館長(zhǎng)王璜生
99藝術(shù)網(wǎng)訊（記者：爽格格）廣東美術(shù)館前任館長(zhǎng)王璜生于8月份正式卸任，目前已赴中央美術(shù)學(xué)院就任新職。廣東美術(shù)館新館長(zhǎng)人選目前尚未確定，多方機(jī)構(gòu)早前都曾推薦人選，但均未被主管部門采納，此前陳侗自薦館長(zhǎng)之事更是將新館長(zhǎng)的人選變得樸素迷離，引起多方人士的廣泛關(guān)注。日前，廣東省文化廳現(xiàn)正式發(fā)布公告，面向全國(guó)公開(kāi)招聘新館長(zhǎng)。
據(jù)了解，此次廣東省文化廳在招聘廣東美術(shù)館館長(zhǎng)一職的同時(shí)，還將同時(shí)面向全國(guó)公開(kāi)招聘廣東省藝術(shù)研究所副所長(zhǎng)、廣東省文化館(廣東省非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)中心)副館長(zhǎng)、廣東省博物館副館長(zhǎng)3個(gè)職位。公告規(guī)定，招聘范圍必須是“國(guó)內(nèi)黨政機(jī)關(guān)或企事業(yè)單位中符合招聘條件的人員”。
對(duì)于新任廣東美術(shù)館新任館長(zhǎng)人選，省文化廳提出基本資格要求如下：年齡在52周歲以下,享受國(guó)家、省級(jí)政府專項(xiàng)津貼、獲得省級(jí)專家稱號(hào)和在省、副省級(jí)市同類單位擔(dān)任過(guò)副館長(zhǎng)(副所長(zhǎng))等以上領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職務(wù)、條件特別優(yōu)秀的應(yīng)聘者年齡可放寬至55周歲。同時(shí)，省文化廳還列出了四個(gè)崗位條件：(1)具有較高的政治理論水平，能夠認(rèn)真貫徹執(zhí)行黨的路線、方針、政策;(2)具有較高的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)駕馭水平，組織協(xié)調(diào)和管理溝通能力強(qiáng);(3)在美術(shù)理論研究、美術(shù)創(chuàng)作、美術(shù)館管理方面有較高造詣，在全國(guó)業(yè)內(nèi)有一定影響和聲望;(4)近5年來(lái)出版本專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)專著或在國(guó)家級(jí)專業(yè)刊物上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文3篇以上。
據(jù)悉，4位館(所)長(zhǎng)的招聘時(shí)間從即日起至9月20日。招聘程序分為報(bào)名與資格審查、考試、組織考察和確定人選、辦理聘任手續(xù)等4個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。其中,考試分筆試和面試兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。

廣東美術(shù)館于1997年建成并對(duì)外開(kāi)放。是按照文化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃建設(shè)的當(dāng)代國(guó)家美術(shù)博物館，是一個(gè)面向社會(huì)全體公民和國(guó)內(nèi)外專業(yè)人士，以提供視覺(jué)文化資訊和研究成果為目的，為繁榮區(qū)域文化建設(shè)，向廣大公民提供社會(huì)終身教育服務(wù)的公益性文化事業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)。擔(dān)負(fù)著對(duì)國(guó)家藝術(shù)珍品的收藏、研究、展示以及公民素質(zhì)教育、對(duì)外文化交流、推動(dòng)當(dāng)代美術(shù)事業(yè)發(fā)展的社會(huì)責(zé)任和歷史使命。
美術(shù)館坐落在風(fēng)景優(yōu)美的中國(guó)廣東省廣州市區(qū)二沙島，毗臨珠江。建筑面積22000平方米，館內(nèi)有十二個(gè)展廳(展區(qū)面積約8000平方米)和戶外雕塑展示區(qū)(面積5000平方米)，可同時(shí)或分別舉辦大型展覽和不同題材的展覽;擁有恒溫恒濕，對(duì)藝術(shù)作品和珍貴文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行永久性保存的畫(huà)庫(kù);設(shè)有藝術(shù)圖書(shū)館，主要收藏與中國(guó)近現(xiàn)代美術(shù)史相關(guān)的專業(yè)圖書(shū)及文獻(xiàn)資料，常年對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者和藝術(shù)愛(ài)好者提供閱覽服務(wù)。擁有三百座席、可同步傳譯的現(xiàn)代化多功能學(xué)術(shù)廳，用于國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)交流和影視放送;此外還有大面積的教育功能區(qū)以及配套的綜合服務(wù)設(shè)施。

Guangdong Museum of Art
Guangdong Museum of Art was established and opened to the public in 1997. It is a contemporary art museum developed in accordance with the national strategy of cultural development, with a target audience that includes both art specialists and ordinary citizens. It is a cultural institution in the public service, aiming to provide content and produce research results relating to visual culture, enriching the local cultural milieu, and offering continuing education to the broadest public. It is responsible for collecting, researching, and displaying the country’s artistic treasures and for a program of public education and international cultural exchange. The museum thus promotes the development of art both as a social force and a historical commitment.
The museum is situated in the beautiful environs of Guangzhou’s Er-Sha Island, along the Pearl River. It has a total built area of 22,000 square meters. The museum comprises twelve exhibition halls (total exhibition area occupies around 8000 square meters) and outdoor exhibition spaces (around 5000 square meters). The museum can host, simultaneously or consecutively, large exhibition and different thematic exhibitions. It contains heat- and humidity-controlled storage facilities for the permanent preservation of artworks and precious documents, and features a library which mainly collects specialized books and documents pertaining to Chinese modern and contemporary art history, providing a place for scholars and amateurs, foreign and domestic, to come and read. It also features a modern three-hundred seat multi-purpose auditorium equipped for simultaneous interpretation, used for international conferences and film screenings; otherwise it also contains a large educational and a complete set of services.
