I am very much impressed by Xiang Wei-xing`s works sincere, natural and free from affection. And from his works we can feel his hard creation year after year. In addition, his works distinctly state to the audience how hard it is to get any progresses from the practice of art, and it is so praiseworthy.

向衛(wèi)星的裝置作品《為了延續(xù)的延續(xù)》是關(guān)于空間的，三個人被安排在一個房子里，可以在室外體驗室內(nèi)別人的生活。建筑在這里構(gòu)成了日常性的一條邊界，使日常生活的人可以被看作一個它者。向衛(wèi)星在作品中設(shè)置了一個七十年代生藝術(shù)家看入世生活的象征位置，通過建筑的圍墻確立了自我之間視界的不可逾越性。

Xiang Wei-xing`s works installation work “Extend for Extending”is a presentation about space. Three person are arranged into a building . It makes you experience other people`s life indoors when you`re actually stay outside from them. The building is turned into a boundary for daily life, so people can be looked as an outsider of life. Xiang Wei-xing has made his work a symbol to demonstrate how an artist born in 1970s observe the ordinary life, and through the walls of the building, it expresses the idea that our inner vision is impassable.
