作為增強(qiáng)珠海城市文化軟實(shí)力的優(yōu)秀工程范例，本次大賽以“百舸爭流，奮楫篤行”為主題，以“構(gòu)建海綿生態(tài)體系、嵌入公共活動空間、提取賽艇文化”為設(shè)計(jì)策略，面向國內(nèi)外公開遴選橫琴新區(qū)賽艇文化主題公共雕塑與公共設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)作品。征稿時(shí)間為2021年5月31日至7月28日，設(shè)一、二、三等獎與優(yōu)秀獎，最高獎金10萬元。

一、大賽背景
橫琴新區(qū)位于珠海市橫琴島所在區(qū)域，地處廣東省珠海市南部，毗鄰港澳。在粵港澳大灣區(qū)發(fā)展的背景下，橫琴新區(qū)不僅發(fā)揮著鏈接港澳的樞紐功能，還對調(diào)整優(yōu)化粵港澳大灣區(qū)的城市布局和空間結(jié)構(gòu)，以及探索粵港澳人才共享共融共建的發(fā)展新模式，肩負(fù)著歷史性使命。“人們?yōu)榱松疃鴣淼匠鞘?，為了生活得更好而留在城市”?000多年前，亞里士多德如此描述城市。今天，我們站在一個(gè)新的歷史起點(diǎn)上，認(rèn)識到只有文化才是城市最大的不動產(chǎn)，而藝術(shù)是城市文化建設(shè)過程中的重要組成部分，是一座城市的靈魂。以藝術(shù)為導(dǎo)向的城市設(shè)計(jì)提升城市公共空間品質(zhì)，以藝術(shù)思維塑造城市的核心精神，方能彰顯城市品格、活躍城市人文氛圍、培育創(chuàng)新動力，創(chuàng)造永續(xù)的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會價(jià)值和文化傳承。圍繞橫琴新區(qū)的城市建設(shè)與發(fā)展，探索以藝術(shù)文化為導(dǎo)向的城市建設(shè)新模式，橫琴新區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境和建設(shè)局創(chuàng)辦“天沐河杯”橫琴城市藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)大賽，首屆大賽以遴選賽艇文化主題公共藝術(shù)優(yōu)秀設(shè)計(jì)方案落地實(shí)施為目標(biāo)，面向粵港澳大灣區(qū)乃至全球公開征集，并由包括港澳專家在內(nèi)的專業(yè)評審團(tuán)評選。本次大賽通過賽艇文化的挖掘，意將天沐河賽艇公園打造為橫琴新區(qū)的一張靚麗名片，不僅可以提升天沐河公共空間品質(zhì)，而且有助于賽艇公園匯聚人氣。2021年首屆“天沐河杯”橫琴城市藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)大賽，征稿時(shí)間于2021年5月31日正式啟動，截止時(shí)間為2021年7月28日。誠摯邀請國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀城市設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)、設(shè)計(jì)師和設(shè)計(jì)愛好者積極參與!

六、參賽對象
本次競賽采用公開報(bào)名的方式，具有藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作能力的國內(nèi)外藝術(shù)家、設(shè)計(jì)師個(gè)人及團(tuán)隊(duì)、機(jī)構(gòu)均可報(bào)名參加，不限國別、民族、年齡、性別。參賽作品件數(shù)不限，每件參賽作品署名作者最多不超過6人。

Notice?on?2021 “Tinmuk Cup” Urban Art Design Competition
I. Background of?the?competition
Hengqin New Area is located at the Hengqin Island in the south of Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao. Against the backdrop of the vigorous development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Hengqin New Area not only plays a role in connecting Hong Kong and Macao, but also shoulders the historic missions of adjusting and improving the urban layout and spatial structure of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and exploring new development models for sharing, integration and joint development of talents in Guangdong, Hongkong and Macao.Over 2,000 years ago, Aristotle stated that “people come to cities for making a living, and stay in cities for living a better life”. Today, we have reached a new historical starting point, realizing that only culture is the largest real-estate of a city, while art is an important part of cultural development of city and the soul of city. Art-oriented urban design can increase the quality of public space of a city. By shaping the core spirit of city through artistic thinking, can we demonstrate urban characters, animate the cultural atmosphere of city, foster impetus on innovation, and create sustained economic and social values and cultural heritage.Centering around urban construction and development of Hengqin New Area, Hengqin New Area Ecological Environment and Construction Bureau initiates the “Tinmuk Cup” Urban Art Design Competition to explore the new models for deep integration between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. The competition aims to publicly solicit excellent public art design works on rowing culture from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the world, and the plans will be evaluated by a professional panel of judges including personalities from Hong Kong and Macao. By tapping into the rowing cultural resources, the competition aims to build the Tinmuk River Rowing Park into a beautiful scenic spot in Hengqin New Area so as to increase the quality of the public space of the Tinmuk River and help the park gain popularity.The 2021 “Tinmuk Cup” Urban Art Design Competition will officially start on May 31, 2021 and end on July 28, 2021. We sincerely invite excellent urban design teams, designers and design amateurs all over the world to take part in this competition!

The contest is open for any Chinese and foreign artists and designers with artistic creation ability as well as any individual, team and organization, with no limitation of their country, nation, age, gender, and number of participating design work. The number of signers of each design work shall be no more than six people.
