1992年畢業(yè)于中國中央民族大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院油畫專業(yè)。后留京并分配在中國國家建設(shè)部工作。
1996年8月赴美。
1998年，以杰出人才身份移居美國。現(xiàn)任國際中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)常務(wù)理事，并獲該會(huì)授予藝術(shù)成就獎(jiǎng)，紐約OMNI FINE ART公司、達(dá)拉斯SOUTH WEST GALLERY簽約畫家。

Born in GuangXi, China, Quan Hai Pan began demonstrating his artistic talent at an early age of six. In order to further develop his exceptional skills and interests for drawing, Pan attended the College of Art and Film in GuangXi. After completing his extensive two-year training, he yearned for more challenges to study the artworks of the world’s famous masters and artists. Pan applied and was one of twelve students in whole country selected to attend the most prestigious Art Academy in Beijing, China, in 1988.
