北極熊畫廊（北京）欣然的宣布將于2023年8月19日舉辦藝術(shù)家曾樸個展“第貳面孔”，展覽將展出藝術(shù)家最新創(chuàng)作的十五件架上繪畫，包括Heart系列和凝視系列。展覽將持續(xù)至2023年9月17日。
Polar Bear Gallery (Beijing) is pleased to announce that artist Zeng Pu's solo exhibition "The Second Face" will be held on August 19, 2023. The exhibition will showcase the artist's latest fifteen easel paintings, including the Heart series and the Gaze series. The exhibition will continue until September 17, 2023.

曾樸在四川音樂學(xué)院成都美術(shù)學(xué)院油畫系求學(xué)時便是班里的佼佼者，他的習(xí)作常常被老師拿來當(dāng)作范例，何多苓、劉虹作為他的老師經(jīng)常教導(dǎo)他們，除了繪畫還要閱讀，所以曾樸大部分時間不是在畫畫，就是在閱讀，因此曾樸作品中文學(xué)性的一面逐漸顯露了出來。繪畫中的文學(xué)理念，需要將矛盾與和諧統(tǒng)一表達(dá)出來。繪畫是一種視覺藝術(shù)，可以將人物的神態(tài)表情通過線條和色彩勾勒出來，比抽象的文字更具有直觀的感受。從曾樸的作品中，我們可以看到形形色色的人物神態(tài)：悲傷、輕蔑、厭惡、憤怒、恐懼、迷茫、訝異等等，幾乎涵蓋了人類所能展現(xiàn)的各種情感因素。

對于曾樸而言，他的作品已然不能用肖像畫來判定，因為他追求的不再是似或不似，而是在刻畫人物內(nèi)心的情緒、情感甚至人物背后的故事，所以他的作品可以稱之為“第貳面孔”。

Zeng Pu was a top student in his class when he studied in the Oil Painting Department of Chengdu Academy of Fine Arts at Sichuan Conservatory of Music. His works were often used as examples by teachers, and He Duoling and Liu Hong, as his teachers, often taught them to read in addition to painting. Therefore, Zeng Pu spent most of his time either painting or reading, gradually revealing the academic aspect of Zeng Pu's works in Chinese. The literary concepts in painting require the unified expression of contradictions and harmony. Painting is a visual art that can outline the expressions and expressions of characters through lines and colors, providing a more intuitive feeling than abstract words. From Zeng Pu's works, we can see a variety of character expressions: sadness, contempt, disgust, anger, fear, confusion, surprise, and so on, almost covering all the emotional factors that humans can exhibit.
For Zeng Pu, his works can no longer be judged by portrait painting, as he no longer pursues resemblance or non resemblance, but rather portrays the emotions, emotions, and even the stories behind the characters. Therefore, his works can be called the "second face".

ABOUT THE ARTIST

曾樸 2004年畢業(yè)于川音成都美術(shù)學(xué)院油畫系，獲學(xué)士學(xué)位，2007年畢業(yè)于川音成都美術(shù)學(xué)院油畫系研究生班。曾獲2010年首屆新星星藝術(shù)節(jié)大獎，現(xiàn)工作生活于成都、上海。
