本次博覽會邀請來自中國、美國、巴西、法國、西班牙、德國、荷蘭、以色列、墨西哥、葡萄牙的13家非營利組織、文化中心、以及大使館組成專題項目，作為特別參展機構參與到“藝術北京”當中，希望通過這種方式豐富博覽會的內容，介紹國外的影像及新媒體藝術，從而推動當代藝術的發(fā)展。
Besides the galleries, Art Beijing also invited 13 non-profit art institutes, including art museums, foundations, culture centers and national embassies, to participate in a special section of the fair – Art Platforms. These institues are from U.S.A, France, Germany, Isreal, Netherlands, Mexico, Portugal,etc. This section will introduce photography&video arts and new media arts from abroad.
