4 月 11 日 - 4 月 17 日:“大漢雷射藝展”,地點太極藝?yán)?展出者楊奉琛、胡錦標(biāo)、馬志欽、楊英風(fēng)。展出內(nèi)容有攝影、絹印、立體照片等。
6 月:“大漢雷射科藝研究社”展出雷射全像攝影。
March 21, Ching-ling Industrial Design Center at National Taiwan University held its 5th year anniversary, and from 21st March, experimental laser film started.
April 11-17, Han Laser Art Exhibition at Tai chi gallery, exhibitors were Yang Fengchen, Hu Jinbiao, Ma Zhiqin, Yang Yingfeng. Exhibits included photography, serigraphy and stereo-photograph, etc.
June, Han Laser Arts Research Society showed laser holography.

8 月:中華民國空間藝術(shù)學(xué)會與雷射推廣協(xié)會在圓山天文臺舉辦“第一屆國際雷射藝術(shù)大展”,內(nèi)容包括雷射音樂表演、雷射藝術(shù)展,并邀請美、 日、法、英等國雷射藝術(shù)家參與。
10 月 10 日:臺大、工業(yè)技術(shù)研究院、大漢藝社與張榮森等人合作在雙十國慶于總統(tǒng)府前雷射表演。
August, Art Society of ROC space and Laser Promotion Association held The First Laser Art Show at Round Hill Observatory, it included Laser Music Performance, Laser Art Exhibition, and they invited American, Japanese, French and British artists to join.
October 10, Taiwan University, Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Han Art Club and Zhang Rongsen cooperatively showed laser
performance in front of presidential palace on Double Tenth National Day.

April, Laser Art and Life Special Exhibition showed at Taipei Fine Arts Museum, there were Hu Jinbiao, Xi Murong, Liu Haibei, Xu Yongdong, Yang Fengchen, Zhang Rongsen and Zhuang Ling, etc.showed laser holograms, engraving, sculpture, photography and related laser art works, and with laser sound and light performance.
Art Space Jiaren Gallery was founded on 5th section of East Nanking Road, and was advertised as vanguard gallery.

April, April art lectures at Taipei Fine Arts Museum: topic on 6th April was General Knowledge of Laser Sound and Light, Liu Haibei was the lecturer. Topic on 7th April was Laser Art and Life, Shi Dacheng was the lecturer. Topic on 13th April was Skills of Laser Art, Hu Jinbiao was the lecturer. Topic on 21st April was Sound and Light Technology & the Third Wave Art, Zhang Rongsen was the lecturer.
The 10th Lion Art New Artist Award composite media, device and video works became more.

6月17 - 22 日:東海大學(xué)美術(shù)系在臺中市立文化中心為期一周系展,展出有國畫、西畫、設(shè)計與復(fù)合媒體、錄像藝術(shù)。復(fù)合媒體與錄像藝術(shù) 是東海大學(xué)美術(shù)系這一學(xué)年新開的課程,由留日歸國盧明德教授擔(dān)任教職。
7 月:籌備省立美術(shù)館開館,尖端科藝展初擬草案。預(yù)定于 76 年 5 月開館的臺灣省立美術(shù)館,開館預(yù)定展出“尖端科技藝術(shù)大展”擬定日本 尖端科技藝術(shù)家山口勝弘及其領(lǐng)導(dǎo) Arts-Unis 科藝團(tuán)體參與,原計劃由楊英風(fēng)與山口勝弘洽談?wù)钩?后改為蘇守政接洽聯(lián)系。
June 17-22, Department of Fine Arts, Tokai University gave one week department exhibition at Taichung Municipal Cultural Center, it included traditional Chinese painting, Western painting, design & composite media and video art. Composite media and video art was a new course of this semester at Department of Fine Arts, Tokai University, and professor Lu Mingde who returned in Japan was teaching them.
July, Preparation of Provincial Fine Arts Museum opened, and drafted Sophisticated Technology Art Exhibition. Initially planned to open in June, 1987 and prepared for Sophisticated Technology Art Exhibition, with Japan sophisticated technology artist Katsuhiro Yamaguchi and his leading Arts-Unis technology art group to join, and Yang Yingfeng negotiate the exhibition with Katsuhiro Yamaguchi then changed to be Su Shouzheng contact and talk with him.

March 15-30, Technology Art Life, Taipei Fine Arts Museum and German Cultural Center cooperated showing Germany modern video art at downstairs auditorium, there were 15 pieces of art works from year 1979 to 1985 ,including works of Ulrike Rosenbadr, Nam June Paik, Jere Marina, Jiabao, Barbara Hanma, Manfeide, etc..

袁廣鳴作品《離位》為錄像裝置作品為臺灣最早嘗試錄像作品的學(xué)生之一,其他 84 至 87 年還有學(xué)生進(jìn)行媒體藝術(shù)零星創(chuàng)作,東海大學(xué)的周祖隆(作 品《亞熱帶地區(qū)》)、文化大學(xué)的王俊杰(《表皮組織的深度》、《變量形式》)、以及原本從事實驗電影的呂欣蒼開始創(chuàng)作的錄像藝術(shù)作品。
4 月:臺灣省立美術(shù)館兩開館展公開征求參展作品,其中“尖端科技藝術(shù)展”征求參展作品項目包括:1、雷射藝術(shù) ; 2、光電藝術(shù);3、錄像藝術(shù); 4、計算機(jī)藝術(shù);5、電動雕塑;6、人工頭腦藝術(shù)。
Yuan Goang-Ming’s Dislocation was one of Taiwan’s early video installation works. And there were students trying odd creation of media art from 1984 to 1987. Zhou Zulong of Tokai University (his works was Subtropical Regions ) , Culture University Wang Junjie’s Depth of Epidermal Tissue, Variable Form, and Lv Xincang ‘s trying of video art works while he was making experimental films before.
April, The Taiwan Museum of Art opening solicited exhibits, among which Sophisticated Technology Art Exhibition. Soliciting exhibits included: 1. Laser Art; 2.Photoelectric Art; 3. Video Art; 4.Computer Art; 5.Electric Sculpture; 6.Artificial minds Art.

6月26 日 - 9 月 26 日:“尖端科技展”為臺灣省立美術(shù)館開館展,符合開館精神“倫理”、“民主”、“科學(xué)”之科學(xué)精神,此為國內(nèi)首次 匯集本地科技藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作者的展出。
10月4 日 - 12月6 日:“日本尖端科技藝術(shù)展”于臺灣省立美術(shù)館展出。
10月8 日 - 10月17 日:“息壤 2”于臺北映象觀念工作室舉行,展出有高重黎的雕塑裝置“回記憶中幻想家族肖像”。林巨裝置“好好吃的 怪味雞”、王俊杰錄像藝術(shù)“每天播放 A 片的電視臺”、陳界仁油畫“南京大屠殺”。
June 26-September 26, Sophisticated Technology Show was the opening exhibition of Taiwan Museum of Art, which was in accordance with its spirit of Ethics, Democracy, Scientific, it was the first local technology art creators exhibition.
October 4-December 6, Japan's Sophisticated Technology Art Show at Taiwan Museum of Art.
October 8-17, Growing Earth 2 were held at Taipei Image concept studio, showed Gao Chongli's sculpture device Fantasy Family Portrait in Memory, Lin Ju's device Delicious Spiced Chicken, Wang Junjie's video art Television Channel with Porn Playing Daily, Chen Chieh-jen's oil painting Nanjing Massacre .

8月5 日:“2 號公寓”成立,地點位于臺北市和平東路一段 85 巷 8 弄 2 號,為發(fā)起成員蕭臺興提供工作室地點展出。“2 號公寓”的運作為“合 作畫廊”(co-op gallery) 模式,由自愿者分擔(dān)基本開銷,采非營利性質(zhì)的會員制,創(chuàng)始會員有蕭臺興、李美蓉、吳志芬、林佩淳、林振龍、洪 美玲、范姜明道、張青峰、連德誠、黃位政、楊世芝、鄭瓊銘等 12 人。
7月:“阿普畫廊”由陳榮發(fā)、顏頂生、許自貴、曾英棟、黃宏德與謝順盛合資成立成立,地點位于高雄市大勇路 64 號四樓,其前身為 1983 年成立的“前衛(wèi)藝術(shù)中心”。
8月:“臺北尊嚴(yán)”開幕,地點位于臺北市和平東路 1 段 125 號 2 樓,為一結(jié)合視覺藝術(shù)、小劇場展演及藝術(shù)家聯(lián)誼性質(zhì)的空間。包括劉秋兒、 侯俊明、黃春明、鄭志材等皆在此辦過個展,同時此空間也是臺北藝文界人士聚集之地,鄧獻(xiàn)志、曲德義、林文義、漁夫、楊澤及報社記者等 都是此空間的常客。
5th August, No.2 Apartment was founded, located at No.2, Lane 8, Alley 85, 1st Section of East Heping Road, Taipei. Its launch member Xiao Taixing provided studio area for exhibition. No.2 Apartment was of cooperative gallery model, and its volunteers together bear general expenses, and they made it of non-profit and membership policy, its founding members were Xiao Taixing, Li Meirong, Wu Zhifen, Lin Peichun, Lin Zhenlong, Hong Meiling, Fanjiang Mingdao, Zhang Qingfeng, Lian Decheng, Huang Weizheng, Yang Shizhi and Zheng Qiongming.
July, A Pu Gallery was founded via joint venture among Chen Rongfa, Yan Dingsheng, Xu Zigui, Zeng Yingdong, Huang Hongde and Xieshunsheng, located at Building Four, No.64 Dayong Road, Kaohsiung, which previously was Vanguard Art Center founded in 1983.
August, Taipei Dignity opened, located at Building 2, No. 125, 1st Section of Heping Road, Taipei, it was space of combing visual art, small theater performance and artists fellowship. Liu Qiuer, Hou Junming, Huang Chunming and Zheng Zhicai had ever had solo exhibition here, and it was good place for art circles of Taipei. Deng Xianzhi, Qu Deyi, Lin Wenyi, Yu Fu, Yang Ze and newspaper journalists were the regulars.

鄭笠(鄭淑麗)、王俊杰、李尚仁等人因應(yīng)天安門事件被媒體大似渲染而做《歷史如何成為傷口》錄像裝置內(nèi)容為臺灣與大陸媒體對天安門事 件報導(dǎo)比較,此為『紙老虎』作品之一。同年鄭笠也在美國展出《制造新聞,創(chuàng)造歷史:天安門廣場實錄》錄像裝置。
行政院文建會為獎勵及推廣錄像帶制作機(jī)構(gòu)或個人制作優(yōu)良錄像帶,提升錄像帶文化內(nèi)涵與水平,于民國 78 年首 次舉辦“優(yōu)良文化錄像帶節(jié) 目金帶獎”。
Zheng Li(Zheng Shuli), Wang Junjie, Li Shangren made How the History Become the Wound since Tiananmen Square Event was media hype. Video installation content was Taiwan and mainland’s reports comparison on Tiananmen Square event; this was one of Paper Tiger. At the same year Zheng Li showed in America Make the news, Create the History: Tiananmen Square Memoir video installation.
In order to encourage and promote organization or individual making good videocassette and improve its culture level and culture connotation, Council of Cultural Affairs first time held Excellent Culture Videocassette Program Gold Award in1989.

6月24 日-7 月08 日:“再制的風(fēng)景─八人裝置展”,臺北:漢雅軒。展出者有吳瑪俐、張正仁、袁廣鳴、王正凱、吳宜芳、姜守輝、許書毓、 謝明奇。

December, No.1Substitute Space was located at No.5 Lane3,No.221 Fude Street, Taipei its member Fei Qide mainly provided place for young creators of twenties.
實驗室或團(tuán)體成立 Experimental studio or group established
1990 年9月:國立藝術(shù)學(xué)院成立“科技藝術(shù)中心籌備處”,于 1992 年 2 月正式報部核準(zhǔn)成立。初期設(shè)立了整合藝術(shù)與信息科技的“計算機(jī) 藝術(shù)實驗室”(包括造形、音樂、互動環(huán)境),整合藝術(shù)與光電科技的“光動造型實驗室”以及整合藝術(shù)與電子視訊、音頻科技的“錄像藝 術(shù)實驗室”等。
September 1990, National Institute of Arts established Preparatory Office of Technology Art Center, and got formal official approval in February. At initial stage the launched Computer Art Experimental Studio (including modeling, music and interactive atmosphere ) which was combining art and information technology, Light Dynamic Modeling which was combining art and photoelectric technology, and Video Art Studio which was combining art and electronic video, audio technology.

《光構(gòu)成》一書出版,由日本筑波大學(xué)教授朝倉直己著,林品章譯,藝術(shù)家雜志出版。內(nèi)容從光點軌跡造型到雷射光造型等,為“光構(gòu)成”專書。
各式跨媒體的藝術(shù)活動盛行,如“優(yōu)劇場”成員在“恭賀李總統(tǒng)豋輝先生就職大典美術(shù)聯(lián)展”期間裝置作品展出。 侯俊明為“優(yōu)劇場”繪制“七 彩溪水落地掃”場景,以及黃明川在“木石緣”畫廊放映實驗電影或紀(jì)錄片。
袁廣鳴《關(guān)于回家的路上》獲得“金穗獎”優(yōu)等實驗錄像帶獎。
Light Composition was published, wrote by Professor Asakura Naomi of Japan University of Tsukuba and translated by Lin Pinzhang, it was published by Artist Magazine. Its content was from light spot track modeling to laser light modeling, which was special book of Light Composition.
Sorts of cross media art activities became popular, such as U Theatre members exhibited installation works during Congratulations on Mr. President Li Denghui Inauguration Ceremony Art Exhibition. There were Hou Junming 's drawing scene of Colorful Streams Falling to Ground for U Theatre, and Huang Mingchuan's screening of experimental films or documentaries at Story of Wood and Stone Gallery.
Yuan Goangming's About Way Back Home got excellence award for experimental video of Golden Harvest Awards.

1991月3 日:“社會觀察-展望臺灣新美術(shù)”在雄獅畫廊舉辦,籌辦展出者為“雄獅畫廊”主任林慧貞。展出者有:連德誠、張正仁、王國柱、 陳興隆、李銘盛、吳瑪悧、黃步青、黃進(jìn)河、吳天章、陳來興、周于棟、黃位政、周孟德、劉耿一、侯俊明、楊茂林。其中吳瑪悧作品《民主 的花瓶》利用小型電視進(jìn)行裝置創(chuàng)作。
March 1991, Social Watch-Taiwan New Fine Art Outlook held at Lion Gallery, Lion Gallery director Lin Huizhen was organized the exhibition. Exhibitors were Lian Decheng, Zhang Zhengren, Wang Guozhu, Chen Xinglong, Li Mingsheng, Wu Mali, Huang Buqing, Huang Jinhe, Wu Tianzhang, Chen Laixing, Zhou Yudong, Huang Weizheng, Zhou Mengde, Liu Gengyi, Hou Junming and Yang Maolin. And Wu Mali's works Democratic Vase; he made use of small Tv for installation creation.

好來前衛(wèi)空間成立。

Zero and Sound Liberation Organization ZSLO was founded at Xinzhuang. Furen University. Its members included Lin Qiwei (French Department of Furen University), Liu Xingyi (German Department of Furen University), Steve(Philosophy Department of Furen University). Steve went back to HK and left ZSLO while Liu Baili joined in 1993.

June, Taipei National University of the Arts held `94 Technology & Art-The Poetry of Technology, Experiments of New Art , exhibition types
include video art, video installation , computer art and lighting art. Exhibition participants were: Xiaoniu Su-Chu, Ji Zongzhu, Deng Xianzhi, Wang Zhengkai, Su Shouzhen, Shi Yuting, Lin Houquan, Wang Yuansheng and Ke Xuexiu. 1 月:“新樂園”于臺北市遼寧街成立,后于 2001 年遷至臺北市中山北路二段 11 巷 15 之 2 號 1 樓。“新樂園”的創(chuàng)始成員,主要為“2 號公寓” 的早期成員如連德誠、黃志陽、張正仁、鄭瓊銘、黃位政、簡福鋛等人所組成,在制度上延續(xù)“2 號公寓”,由藝術(shù)家共同出資經(jīng)營,并采二 年一輪的會員制,會員可輪流舉辦個展或是參與聯(lián)展,會員數(shù)大多維持在十至二十多位左右。其發(fā)言人杜偉表示,此空間將延續(xù)一股現(xiàn)代藝術(shù)
工作者所處環(huán)境注入活力的精神,
5月:“竹圍工作室”成立,由蕭麗虹主持,將其中一空間交給“游移美術(shù)館”執(zhí)行運作,作為展覽裝置性作品空間。以期成為北美館 B04 與 伊通公園后另一實驗性與裝置性展覽空間。
January, Shin Leh Yuan was founded at Liaoning street of Taipei, and then moved to 1st F, No.15-2, Lane11 Chung-Shan North Road, Sec.2
,Taipei. The founding members of Shin Leh Yuan are mainly the early members of NO.2 Apartment such as Lian Decheng, Huang Zhiyang,
Zhang Zhengren, Zheng Qiongming, Huang Weizheng and Jian Fuchuan. The system was the same with NO.2 Apartment. It is a joint venture and the membership is 2 years, members can held solo-exhibitions in turn or take part in joint exhibitions, the number of members maintain 10 to 20. The spokesman Du Wei said, this space would continue to inspire the environment of contemporary artists.
May, Bamboo Curtain Studio was founded and directed by Xiao Lihong, one of the spaces was handed to Wavering Museum for administer and function as space for exhibiting installation works. With the hope that it would become another exhibiting space of experimental and installation works other than North America Museum B04 and IT Park.

Computer and Art Associated Exhibition was held to display many computer-applied art works, art-related MMCDS and art websites all over the world.
May 23-June 7, The 5th International Art Films Selected Exhibition of Centre Georges Pompidou was held at Taipei fine arts museum. June 12-September 6, Taipei fine arts museum held its first international biennial exhibition Taipei Biennial –Site of Desire was participated by36 artists from China, Japanese, South Korean and Taipei.

July 10, the Winners of SOCA Youth Prize were Hung-Chih Peng, whose work is www.SOCA.com.tw , with which he intended to transform SOCA into an office area; as well as Bedroom-Window by Cheng-tsai Chen and <the Breasts of Betel-Nut-Ladies Work Collection > by Qiu Xin- Hao. And they began to hold solo-exhibitions and publish drawing albums at SOCA since October.

3月:第一屆福岡亞洲美術(shù)三年展“溝通-希望的回路”以“參與文化交流”、“小區(qū)”、“城市”、“媒體”為分項主題,臺灣參展四位藝 術(shù)家與作品為吳天章《春宵夢IV》、王俊杰《給億萬消費愛用者的獻(xiàn)禮》、陳順筑《集合、家族游行》與林明弘《共生共存 37 日》。
