香港當代美術(shù)館總部設(shè)在香港九龍紅磡商業(yè)中心，由香港亞太藝術(shù)品交易中心、美國天高數(shù)字股份有限公司投資建立。2009年9月在北京798藝術(shù)區(qū)創(chuàng)意廣場開設(shè)北京新館，香港當代美術(shù)館縱向目標是建立一家旨在推動中國當代藝術(shù)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的品牌美術(shù)館，橫向遠景目標是將美術(shù)館發(fā)展成一家成功運營的國際連鎖藝術(shù)機構(gòu)，經(jīng)營國際現(xiàn)當代藝術(shù)。展覽面積570平方米，凈高8.6米，上世紀六十年代鋸齒形包豪斯風(fēng)格。內(nèi)設(shè)儲世紀畫廊、藝術(shù)品商店、弘藝小筑與中文中國網(wǎng)。

Hong Kong Contemporary Art Museum headquartered in Hung Hom Commercial Center, Kowloon, Hong Kong, was established by Hong Kong Asia-Pacific Art Exchange Center and United States Tanco Digital Co.,Ltd. Hong Kong Contemporary Art Museum (Beijing) was located in the Originality Square of 798 Art Zone Beijing in Sep, 2009. The principal target is to build a brand art museum to drive the sustainable development of Chinese contemporary art, while the further crosswise target is to become a successful international chain art institute, running international modern and contemporary art. The 1960’s Bauhaus style exhibition hall floor space is 570 square meters with 8.6m net height, equipped with the Collecting Time Gallery, an art store, Hong Yi Xiao Zhu and Chinese and China website.
