奧賽畫廊具有十年油畫收藏經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在與畫家以及收藏家的不斷交流合作中，兼容并蓄，堅(jiān)持專業(yè)性和當(dāng)代性。收集、珍藏了林風(fēng)眠、顏文良、陳抱一、趙獸、劉海粟、周碧初等第一代油畫家的作品，也收藏了油畫家如林達(dá)川、張自正等人的作品。近幾年又收藏了陳鈞德、閔希文以及當(dāng)代羅中立、何多苓、周春芽、葉永青、蘇笑柏、俞曉夫、孫良、石墨、龐茂琨、毛焰、郭晉、郭偉、陳文令、黃鋼、洪磊、田太權(quán)、張嵐軍等優(yōu)秀藝術(shù)家的作品。
奧賽畫廊始建于2003年，展廳面積共計(jì)1120平方米。除了常態(tài)性、長期性展覽外，先后舉辦了《羅中立水彩油畫個(gè)展》，白羽平、張冬峰《南北風(fēng)景展》，《寫實(shí)繪畫新視野》—陳流個(gè)展，由著名策展人王林先生策展的向慶華《妄想集》和《空糾纏》，由皮道堅(jiān)先生策展的《個(gè)體的權(quán)力》，由著名學(xué)者高名潞策展的代生紅《望鄉(xiāng)》，由著名藝評家俞可策展的《戲浪》，上海大學(xué)藝術(shù)研究院院長博士生導(dǎo)師阮榮春策展的石墨《天界》， 廣州美院的《研究具象》，蘇笑柏、孫良、馬清運(yùn)《三人行》展覽、蓼蕭《雙生》個(gè)展以及一些版畫展覽等。奧賽畫廊也非常注重國內(nèi)國際的各種展會，參加上海藝術(shù)博覽會，上海春季藝術(shù)沙龍，上海當(dāng)代藝術(shù)展，北京國際畫廊博覽會，紐約當(dāng)代藝術(shù)展等大型博覽會，受到行內(nèi)人士和藏家的肯定。目前簽約畫家有蘇笑柏、孫良、王小松、何工、何軍、向慶華、丁煒、蓼蕭、孫紅賓、代生紅等。奧賽畫廊在藏家中影響廣泛，在藏家與畫家之間成功構(gòu)架一座交流的平臺。2006年被文化部市場司評為《中國誠信畫廊》。

The Author Gallery was founded in 2003. Mr. CAI Peng Cheng, the owner of the gallery, has been a collector for more than ten years. So we do have rich experiences and good eyes to choose artistic works and artists.
The Author Gallery insists professional and contemporary style, we collect some artists’ works from LIN Feng Mian and YAN Wen Liang to LIU Hai Su, as well as works by LIN Da Chuan, ZHANG Zhi Zheng, CHEN Jun De, followed by those artists who make Chinese contemporary art: LUO Zhong Li, HE Duo Ling, ZHOU Chun Ya, YE Yong Qing, SU Xiao bai, SUN Liang, YU Xiao Fu, PANG Mao Kun, MAO Yan, GUO Jin, GUO Wei, CHEN Wen Ling, HUANG Gang, HONG Lei, TIAN Tai Quan, ZHANG Lan Jun etc.
The Author Gallery always keeps in close touch with artists and collectors. We made some exhibitions periodically. In the past few years, we had hold “Water-colors and Oil-paintings of LUO Zhong Li”, “Scenery in China---BAI Yu Ping and ZHANG Dong Feng”, and some exhibitions of young artists such as “New Vision on Realistic Paintings ---CHEN Liu’s solo exhibition” and “Collection of Fantasies—XIANG Qing Hua’s solo exhibition”. “Individual Power --- Young Artists from SICHUAN” (The curator: WANG Lin), and “Studying the Conerete --- Exhibition of Contemporary Oil Painting by Sixteen Painters from Guang Dong” (The curator: PI Dao Jian). More than 200 collectors and artists attended the opening ceremony in each exhibition. The Author Gallery is not only an excellent gallery but also a nice salon.
The Author Gallery takes part in all kinds of art exhibitions actively. For examples: ‘SHANGHAI ART FAIR’, ‘ART SHANGHAI’,‘BEI JING CHINA INTERNATIONAL GALLERY EXPOSITION’. In those expositions, we won praises for our good-eyes and our honesty from collectors and artists. And the Culture Ministry appoints the Author Gallery as the honest gallery in China 2006.
