美術文獻藝術中心是集學術研究、媒體出版、展覽策劃、藝術收藏等一體的當代藝術推廣機構。中心下設：

　　1、《美術文獻》雜志：發(fā)端于1985年《美術思潮》，1993年創(chuàng)立，傳播與研究中國當代藝術的重要刊物。雜志全面關注和介紹中國當代藝術家與藝術現象，每輯設立學術主題，并由藝術批評家、策展人參與學術主持，推介藝術家及其作品，為研究中國當代藝術史積累文獻性資料。

　　2、美術文獻美術館：以中國當代藝術發(fā)展歷程為脈絡，收藏當代藝術家的代表作品。自2004年至今舉辦了四屆美術文獻收藏作品展、首屆美術文獻提名展、第二屆美術文獻展。

　　3、文獻新空間畫廊：致力于當代藝術的推廣，至今舉辦了：慢：當代藝術展、天空：曾梵志作品展、“新年快樂——年青一代”、“時間的一個點——在武漢”、“限制與自由”系列展、不高興——龔劍作品展、“紙上圖畫”作品展。

Fine Arts Literature Art Centre is a contemporary art promotion institution which mainly engages in academic research, magazine publishing,exhibition planning and art collection. Under the centre supposes:

1. Fine Arts Literature Magazine: Originated from the 1985 New Wave Art Movement, Fine Arts Literature magazine was founded in 1993.As one of the most important magazines which specialize in the study and the promotion of Chinese contemporary art, she has been continuing the editorial style of choosing an academic topic and inviting a critic or an exhibition curator as the academic counsellor for every tissue to recommend art works and write articles for the topic.Fine Arts Literature magazine always pays her attention to Chinese contemporary artists and artistic phenomenon and manages to accumulate documentary materials for the history of Chinese contemporary art.

2. Fine Arts Literature Art museum: Taking the development of Chinese contemporary art as clues, Fine Arts Literature Art Museum collects Chinese contemporary artist’s representative works. Since 2004, she has held the first Nominative Exhibition of Fine Arts Literature and Fine Arts Literature Art Centre Collection Exhibition for four times.

3. New Space Gallery: Mainly devotes in the promotion of Chinese contemporary art. So far the gallery has held Slow:Contemporary Art Exhibition, Sky:Zeng Fanzhi’s Oil Paintings ,Happy New Year:Young Generation’s Oil Paintings,One Point of Time: At Wuhan,Limitation&Freedom Series Exhibitions and Unhappy:Gong Jian’s Solo Exhibition.
