2007年4月壹空間畫廊開業(yè)于北京藝術(shù)界最炙手可熱的798藝術(shù)區(qū)，此藝術(shù)區(qū)由原來(lái)東德專家按照包豪斯風(fēng)格設(shè)計(jì)的軍工廠改造而成。這個(gè)經(jīng)過(guò)巨大改造后的工業(yè)廠房已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今中國(guó)最重要的當(dāng)代藝術(shù)展示空間。 

    壹空間畫廊擁有共計(jì)425平方米的的雙層展覽空間，并且擁有寬18米高12米的798藝術(shù)區(qū)內(nèi)最大的展示墻面之一。

    每個(gè)月壹空間畫廊都會(huì)推出一次展覽，展示的作品形式風(fēng)格多樣， 從繪畫到行為藝術(shù)，從裝置藝術(shù)到影像。 

    Last April 2007 Beijing TS1 gallery opened in the 798 art district, the core of Beijing’s booming art scene. Designed in the 1950’s by East Germans in the Bauhaus-style, the 798 Art District was originally an industrial zone. Now the huge converted factory spaces have become China’s most important showcase for contemporary art.

    The TS1 gallery boasts a 425 sq metre space with two exhibition floors, as well as one of 798 art district’s largest exhibition walls of 18m width and 12m high.

    Every month TS1 gallery is proud to present a selection of significant free thinking work, using every medium from painting to performance, installation to video.
