朱屺瞻藝術(shù)館是以中國(guó)當(dāng)代著名書(shū)畫(huà)大師朱屺瞻先生命名的一座公立美術(shù)館，1995年建成開(kāi)館。它既是收藏、陳列與研究朱屺瞻先生書(shū)畫(huà)藝術(shù)的專門(mén)機(jī)構(gòu)，也是開(kāi)展國(guó)內(nèi)外藝術(shù)交流的重要窗口，履行中小型藝術(shù)博物館的功能。自成立之日起即以高品位與學(xué)術(shù)性為目標(biāo)開(kāi)展研究、收藏、展覽、交流及藝術(shù)教育工作。開(kāi)館以來(lái)除致力于朱屺瞻先生的藝術(shù)研究和出版展覽外，還成功舉辦了一系列有影響的藝術(shù)大展，包括引進(jìn)國(guó)外的優(yōu)秀展覽，加強(qiáng)與兄弟省市博物館的交流合作，實(shí)現(xiàn)資源共享。同時(shí)也策劃了一些當(dāng)代藝術(shù)家的主題性展覽，產(chǎn)生了較好的社會(huì)效益，樹(shù)立了良好的信譽(yù)。

朱屺瞻藝術(shù)館坐落于魯迅公園東北隅的歐陽(yáng)路580號(hào)，西門(mén)直通公園，毗鄰市中心，環(huán)境優(yōu)美、交通便利。朱屺瞻藝術(shù)館在樸素典雅的江南建筑風(fēng)格中注入了現(xiàn)代建筑元素，具有VRV空調(diào)、電子監(jiān)控、防盜報(bào)警系統(tǒng)以及恒溫恒濕專業(yè)性庫(kù)房等硬件設(shè)施、設(shè)備先進(jìn)、功能齊全。占地面積800余平方米，建筑面積2000平方米，展廳面積850平方米。

I(yíng)ntroduction to Zhu QiZhan Art Museum

Founded in 1995 as a public institute, Zhu Qizhan Art Museum is named after Mr. Zhu Qizhan, a master of Chinese contemporary painting and calligraphy. As a small and medium seized museum, it is dedicated to the collection, display and research of Mr. Zhu’s art, and serves in the meanwhile as an essential platform for international and domestic art exchange. Since its foundation, the museum’s mission involves research, collection, exhibition, communication and art education which are all based on the principle of high quality and academy. Apart from its commitment to the research, publication and exhibits of Mr. Zhu’s art, it has a successful record of influential art exhibitions so far, including imported excellent overseas shows, while enjoying a shared resource thanks to the exchange and cooperation with museums in others provinces. And some specifically curated thematic shows with a lineup of contemporary artists also bring fine social benefits and reputation.

Situated at number 580 Ouyang Street – northeast to the Lu Xun Park, Zhu Qizhan Art museum, with a door on the west of the park, neighbors on the downtown area and boasts both a picturesque environment and convenient traffic. With a blend of architectural traits where the austere elegant Yangtze-delta style meets the modernity, the building employs advanced and multifunctional facilities as VRV air-conditioner, electronic monitoring, alarm system, and constant-heat-and-humidity repository, etc. The around 800-square-meter museum has 2000 square-meter of floor space with 850 square-meter galleries.
