鄒傳安，字書靖，齋號知止。男，1940年生，中國湖南省新化縣水車鎮(zhèn)人，職業(yè)畫家?，F(xiàn)為中國美術家協(xié)會會員、湖南省文史研究館館員、湖南師大美術學院客座教授、一級美術師。退休前供職于湖南省婁底地區(qū)文聯(lián)，任文聯(lián)名譽主席、美協(xié)主席、畫院院長。

　　Zou Chuan’an, styled Shujing, also named Zhizhi, male, was born in Shuiche Town, Xinhua County of Hunan Province in 1940, professional painter. He is member of China Artist’s Association, researcher of Research Institute of Culture and History of Hunan Province, visiting professor of Art Academy of Hunan Normal University, national grade one art teacher. Before his retirement, he assumed as honorary president of Cultural Association, president of Art Association and dean of painting academy in Loudi City.
